You can drink coffee anywhere. At Bakkie040, you're doing something good with it. Because we're not just any old coffee shop. We train former homeless people to become baristas. No charity, no pity, just people getting a chance and making something of it. You drink good coffee, they build a life. Nice, isn't it?

We're at Strijp-S, close to the Ontdekfabriek. Everyone who lives, works, or hangs around here gets their coffee from us. Well, almost everyone.

The favourite base for students and lecturers: our on-campus coffee shop at TU/e. The same coffee, the same cakes and the same lunch. Just a slightly different target audience.

We proudly announce our second location: BAKKIE040 at TU/e. Here we offer the same quality coffee, homemade pastries and fresh lunch.
It is a meeting place for students, faculty and staff, promoting idea exchange and collaboration. The presence of BAKKIE040 contributes to campus culture by providing a place where you can escape the daily hustle and bustle and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
